Construction starting on Princes Highway roundabout

The Princes Highway roundabout intersection works due to commence soon at the new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital project site.
The NSW Government is investing $330 million to build a sustainable, modern and purpose-built hospital to support the needs of the entire Eurobodalla Shire from Narooma to Batemans Bay. To support future access to the new hospital, a new roundabout will be constructed on the Princes Highway. Construction of the new roundabout is expected to commence in March 2025 and be completed in late 2025.

How will the work affect you?

During the construction of the roundabout, changes to traffic arrangements on the Princes Highway are being implemented.
These changes include a reduction in the speed limit and temporary single lane road closures throughout the construction period. Traffic management will be in place to ensure disruptions are as limited as possible.
Our work times will be between 7.00am and 6.00pm from Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday.
We urge all road users to pay attention to the new speed zones and all traffic signage. Your cooperation is essential for the safety of everyone on the road.
